14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a paid Stand Down product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@standdown.se from the address you used to order, and include your Lemon Squeezy order number (it's in your purchase confirmation email). We'll confirm and arrange your refund.

How refunds are processed

Payments for our products are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. It typically takes a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Your statutory rights (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital products that are downloaded or accessed immediately, this right can end once delivery has begun, but our 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless, so you are covered either way. This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you have under Swedish or EU consumer law.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, for example repeated refund requests for the same product, or evidence of licence-key sharing or redistribution.
